Coaching, reflective support, events and projects
I offer trauma-informed, relational spaces that support wellbeing and strengthen practice — through coaching, reflective supervision, projects and facilitated events.
Whether you're commissioning support for a team or exploring a reflective space for yourself, the services I provide are flexible, values-led, and shaped around your goals.
Coaching
Support for practitioners and leaders in relational roles
I offer coaching for professionals working in emotionally demanding environments — including social workers, mentors, carers, voluntary sector and SME leaders and staff, including:
One-to-one coaching for frontline staff and managers
Leadership coaching for emerging or established leaders
Goal-focused support for confidence, wellbeing, and resilience

Reflective Supervision
Relational, trauma-informed spaces for reflection and renewal
I offer reflective supervision for individuals and teams in care, support, and advocacy roles — including social workers, carers, and voluntary sector professionals. These sessions provide a structured, emotionally safe space to process complex work, reconnect with purpose, and build resilience.
As an approved BodySmart partner, I integrate somatic and trauma-informed approaches to support emotional regulation and sustainable practice. These methods help teams manage stress, stay connected to their values, and respond more effectively in high-pressure environments.
Commissioning reflective supervision can help reduce burnout, improve retention, and strengthen reflective capacity across your organisation.
