Welcome — I’m Julia Hamer. I’m a trauma-informed coach offering somatic coaching and reflective supervision to help you pause, breathe deeply, and move forward with clarity, energy, and ease.

I work with parents, carers, and professionals — especially those who feel burnt out or burned by the systems meant to support them. Whether you’re navigating care, change, or challenge, I’m here to walk alongside you.
